Each year for the past 9 years, Auchan Drive has organized a summer operation:
This summer event takes place from July 8 to August 5, a slow period for the Drive, where there is a noticeable drop in traffic.
By offering a good time that encourages closeness, Auchan Drive is able to create customer loyalty.
It’s also a way to encourage people to use Auchan Drive during this period. For several years, Anaïk, thanks to its valuable offer (products, licenses, designs, photos), has accompanied Auchan Drive in this flagship event of the year.
Auchan Drive asks for consumer feedback through a Facebook vote. Using this information, our style service and our license portfolio, we choose visual products associated with a license.
Production and delivery of a set of three Little Marcel bowls. Auchan Drive communicates about the event using photos taken by our Anaïk photographer.
The consumer receives the set of 3 bowls in a gift box. The product is showcased, as is the brand Little Marcel. A QR code is added that send the user to the Little Marcel website.
The Auchan Drive consumers were able to choose their gift (through a Facebook vote), which was licensed and had a high perceived value (Little Marcel + gift box).
They were also able to imagine it for themselves through the photos of the articles in situation and activities organized by the Drive. Auchan Drive was able to reinforce customer loyalty and created a bond with new clients who received a beautiful, exclusive limited-edition gift.
