Based on the B Impact assessment, Anaïk achieved an overall score of 84.3 in 2022. The median score for ordinary companies completing the assessment is currently 50.9.

Becoming a certified B Corp™ means that Anaïk joins a global movement of companies doing business responsibly and transparently while maintaining high sustainability standards.

Since our 1st CSR policy in 2007, "generating a positive impact" has been at the heart of our corporate strategy. Anaïk innovates, undertakes and acts every day through its businesses to reduce its environmental impact!

In September 2020, by becoming a company with a Mission, Anaïk made the choice to place social, societal and environmental impact at the heart of its raison d'être and activities, accelerating its transformation towards a more virtuous model. Today, its Mission Committee includes Katia Michieletto, CSR Director at L'Occitane, as well as 7 Anaïk employees from our French and international offices, who monitor and challenge the proper execution of its Mission.

Since its creation in 2007, Ecovadis has become the largest and most reliable sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) rating agency, creating a global network of over 90,000 rated companies.

Each year, we submit to the Ecovadis online questionnaire and justify our progress. The platform enables us to quickly identify potential areas for continuous improvement.

Since 2021, Ecovadis has placed us in the top 1% of companies assessed and honored us with a platinum medal.

Since 2012, Anaïk has been using the ECOVADIS RATINGS solution, a CSR assessment covering 21 CSR criteria divided into 4 themes:

#1 Support the development of its products and services while limiting negative impacts on the environment.

#2 Organize activities while ensuring that employees' rights and professional fulfillment are respected.

#3 Support and ensure the positive social and environmental impact of our service providers.

#4 Promote ethical and eco-responsible behavior on the part of all our stakeholders.

Low-carbon strategy

Anaïk has set itself a Net-Zero Carbon 2030 trajectory:

  • We take concrete joint action with our stakeholders to reduce our environmental footprint,


  • We measure our carbon footprint annually with a carbon balance sheet covering all scopes (direct and indirect emissions),


  • Each year, we draw up reduction action plans to gradually reduce our carbon-to-sales ratio,


  • 100% of our employees are regularly aware of and involved in this strategy, both internally and with their partners.
