ANAÏK mainly processes the personal data of its customers and prospective customers who are natural persons and those of the employees, collaborators and managers of its customers and prospective customers who are legal entities.

We use this personal data in the cases provided for by the regulations in force:

  • compliance with a legal obligation and/or,

2) What data do we collect about you and under what circumstances do we collect it?

2.1 Data you send us directly

During the various contacts we have with you, you may be asked to provide us with information about yourself.

This data includes :

  • Last name, first name, title
  • Postal address, email address, landline and/or cell phone number,
  • Position held within the company ;
  • Username and password used to identify you on our site;
  • RIB

2.2 Data we collect in the course of our business relationship

The data we collect in the course of our business relationship with you includes the following:

  • Information relating to the history of your commercial relationship with ANAIK, product orders, invoicing and payment,

  • Requests you make to our customer service department or incidents you report to us, for example concerning the execution of your orders.

2.4 Data we collect automatically

Each time you visit our site, we collect information relating to your connection and navigation. Various technologies may be used to collect this data. The main one is the cookie.

We may also use standard Internet technologies such as scripts, pixels and redirects. Scripts (sometimes called tags), written in javascript language, are programs that run in your browser and perform various actions, such as sending information to our servers. If such information is communicated to ANAIK in any way, it will be deleted.

ANAIK uses the TalentView recruitment tool. Any registration of a candidate to apply for a job, work-study or internship offer is subject to the general conditions of use of the TalentView platform, which the candidate must read and accept before registering.

In accordance with article L. 1221-6 of the French Labor Code, ANAIK's collection of data relating to candidates must be used to assess a candidate's ability to hold a job or to measure his or her professional aptitudes (qualifications, experience, etc.).

In practice, the processing carried out by ANAIK may serve more specific purposes such as :

  • searching for and identifying relevant profiles to attract applications: building up a CV database, creating a platform for posting applications on the company's job site, creating an online directory, consulting websites offering job offers on the Internet to candidates (e.g. Pôle emploi, Indeed, APEC), making contacts at a job forum;
  • pre-selecting candidates: sorting, recording and classifying CVs and cover letters on paper or in a database, using scoring tools offered by websites listing job vacancies on the Internet, etc. ;
  • assessing the candidate's suitability for a job and measuring his/her professional skills: processing information gathered during telephone, face-to-face and video interviews, etc.

 

  • Processing carried out on the basis of ANAIK's legitimate interests:
    • organization of satisfaction surveys or polls;
    • Statistical analysis ;
    • Notice management ;
    • Prospecting operations
    • fraud checks ;
    • management of requests for access, rectification and opposition of personal data made by the persons concerned.

4) To whom may personal data be transmitted?

  • ANAIK may transmit personal data to different categories of recipients
    • ANAIK's sales, IT, after-sales, administrative and marketing departments : personal data are transmitted to ANAIK's internal departments which need to process them for the purposes mentioned above.

Access to your data is based on individual and limited access authorizations. Personnel who may have access to your personal data are bound by an obligation of confidentiality.

    • ANAIK subcontractors and service providers : personal data is transmitted to subcontractors or service providers who act on behalf of ANAIK at the technical level (hosting, maintenance, statistics), logistics (space rental, order management, carriers).
    • Third parties: personal data may be transmitted to third parties such as chartered accountants, insurers and professionals involved in the management of a dispute.
  • The use of social networks to interact with our sites and social network accounts (in particular the "share" buttons on Facebook, Twitter, Google +) is likely to result in exchanges of data between ANAIK and these social networks. For example, if you are connected to the Facebook social network and visit a page on our site, Facebook may collect this information. Similarly, if you visit our site and click on the "tweet" button, Twitter will collect this information. 5) How long are personal data stored?

Your personal data is kept for a period that complies with legal provisions or for a period that is proportional to the purposes for which it was recorded. Certain retention periods are in ANAIK's legitimate interest.

Retention periods vary according to whether we have an ongoing contractual relationship with you (you are an active customer), whether we have had a contractual relationship with you in the past (you are an inactive customer) or whether we have never had such a relationship with you (you are a prospect). Data relating to your browsing of our online services, collected by the cookies you have authorized, is stored for a specific period of 13 months.

When their retention is no longer justified by legal, commercial or customer account management requirements, or if you have exercised a right of modification or deletion, we will securely delete them.

6. Safety

ANAIK implements all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data processing.

To ensure the security of personal data, in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties, ANAIK takes all necessary precautions, taking into account the nature of the data and the risks presented by the processing (in particular by physically protecting the premises, implementing authentication procedures with secure personal access via confidential identifiers and passwords, logging connections, encrypting certain data, etc.).

7 - Are your data transferred outside the European Union?

We store your personal data in the European Union. However, it is marginally possible that the data we collect when you use our platforms or as part of our services may be transferred to subcontractors or business partners located in other countries, some of which may have less protective personal data protection legislation than that in force in the country where you reside.     • Right of rectification: the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information concerning you that is processed by ANAIK.
    • Right to objectYour right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data:
      • for canvassing purposes, without any particular reason ;
      • for any other purposes, in connection with processing based on ANAIK's legitimate interests, for reasons relating to your particular situation, unless ANAIK demonstrates that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests and rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
    • Right to withdraw consent: for processing based on consent, the right to withdraw consent for processing at any time.
    • Right to restrict processing: the right to suspend the processing of personal data until such time as a verification can be carried out (verification of the accuracy of the information, of the legal basis for the processing, of ANAIK's legitimate grounds when you have objected to the processing), or when the processing is unlawful.
    • Right to define directives concerning the fate of personal data after death: the right to define directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death. In the absence of such directives, your heirs will be able to exercise these rights to your personal data after your death.
    • Right to erasure or the right to be forgotten You have the following rights: the right to have ANAIK erase your personal data when one of the following reasons applies:
      • (i) the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected;
      • (ii) you withdraw your consent to the processing and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
      • (iii) you object to the processing of your personal data and there are no compelling legitimate grounds for the processing;
      • (iv) the data is processed unlawfully ;
